Poor summary quality
Symptoms
Section titled “Symptoms”A summary omits key details, uses an unsuitable structure, contains an unsupported claim, or does not match the transcript.
Likely causes
Section titled “Likely causes”The transcript may be incomplete or inaccurate, session context may be missing, the selected mode or custom instructions may be unsuitable, or the chosen model can generate unreliable content.
Fast checks
Section titled “Fast checks”Review the transcript first, check title, participants, and description, then identify the summary mode, custom template, provider mode, and selected model.
Resolution
Section titled “Resolution”Correct source context, choose a more suitable summary mode, and regenerate only after deciding what needs to change. Review every generated result against the transcript; a better-looking summary is not evidence that it is correct.
Data-loss warning
Section titled “Data-loss warning”Regeneration replaces the current summary for that session. Export or copy a version you intentionally need before replacing it.
Information to collect for support
Section titled “Information to collect for support”Collect the mode, provider, model, safe description of the expected structure, whether the transcript is accurate, and a redacted example of the output issue.
